Procedure

To initiate the return:

1) Contact our customer service at hello@ucon-acrobatics.sg before returning your item. Once the confirmation has been acknowledge, you may proceed to return the item as instructed. We will not accept any returns without any return authorization. 

 2) You may arrange to have it delivered or dropped off at our local warehouse in Singapore. For deliveries via courier, please ensure a tracking link or number is provided and that our customer service team is updated.

 3) Upon receipt of the items, our team will conduct a check and inform you via email once the return has been processed.

4) The refund will be processed within 5-10 working days. The cost of your item will be refunded via the same payment method as the purchased was made.

Policy

Thank you for ordering in our online shop. We hope that the products you've chosen will be among your favorites soon. Nevertheless if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the chance to return any item except Sale items within 7 days after the delivery date at your own expense if all of the below applies:

• The product is new and unused
• The product is being returned in the original packing
• All labels and hangtags are still attached to this product

We reserve the right to deduct depreciation from the return amount if the product is not in its original condition. During the holiday season, the return period might be extended. All items must be returned unused.

Please note that you will bear the cost of the returned shipment unless your product is faulty, or the wrong item is delivered. Any original delivery fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. 

Please ensure that you keep the tracking number of the parcel service until you have received the refund. We will not be responsible for any lost/damaged items during transit of a return request.

Any product purchased at one of Ucon Acrobatics' partner stores or at another authorized dealer must be returned to the original place of purchase. The return period varies depending on the store.
